Patrick started his full-time career in the finance industry in Ireland in 1999, moving to Australia in 2014, and has degrees in both Business and Property Studies. With commercial and residential lending experience across 20+ years, he brings a wealth of knowledge to the Head of Operations role at Long Property.
Patrick manages the Client Services team, establishing/ maintaining processes and working alongside Brokers to ensure loan strategies and structures get implemented efficiently.
A keen sports fan, playing Soccer for Melbourne University Over 45s and as a member of Melbourne Rebels Rugby Union and Melbourne Football Club, Patrick is also a regular plasma and blood donor with Australian Red Cross Lifeblood.

Kim worked for HSBC Bank and completed her Masters in Financial Services from the University of Limerick (Ireland) before joining Long Property as a loan analyst.
She has a strong knowledge of bank credit policies and a unique ability to ‘crunch the numbers’, finding solutions for clients which aren’t straightforward and require a bit more research and effort.
Kim further assists the loan process by drafting applications and summaries for both clients and our client services team.
