#14: Making movies to sell properties – chat with Dion Besser from Besser & Co August 8, 2017

Who produces a professional film to sell a home?!

This was truly a first, it gives you an idea of the creativity Dion Besser from Besser & Co has brought to the Australian real estate industry.  It’s no wonder he is one of Melbourne’s top performing estate agents now.

I picked Dion’s brains on the traits of successful agents and how vendors should go about identifying them.  He explained why negotiation skills are critical, but lacking in the industry.

Then for the buyers out there Dion provided insights on the best bidding strategies for auctions.  He explained why most buyers get it wrong, and how simple research/planning instills confidence, which gets results.  We then also discussed ways buyers can secure properties before they even get to auction.

John McGrath was a hard act to follow, but Dion’s following that same path.  Enjoy our half our chat and like always feel free to reach out if you have questions.
