What to expect in 2020 January 23, 2020

On the last Long Property Show, we reviewed the lending and property challenges of 2019.  This time, as promised, we look at what’s ahead for 2020.

So many interesting aspects to be explored:

  • First Home Loan Deposit Scheme launched – what does it mean?
  • Will the RBA reduce interest rates even further from their historic lows next month?
  • How else to stimulate the economy – negative rates, Quantitative Easing, Fiscal Policy, etc.?
  • Will the Property Market recovery continue, and why?
  • Comprehensive Credit Reporting – some Lenders can see your complete credit and repayment profile; what are the implications and how can you prepare?

We’ll have articles soon with more detail available via our newsletter and our website.  For now, give us a listen and we’ll speak again soon.
