We were joined this week by Darren Blair from Blair Property Group who specialises in the marketing and sales of off-the-plan properties. Darren is very experienced in the off-the-plan space and was able to shed some light on the current market, provide tips & tricks for potential purchasers, as well as share some extremely useful information one should know before pursuing any off-the-plan opportunities.

With the residential property market currently in a state of flux, buyers continue to look at both established and off-the-plan properties for both owner occupied and investment purposes. Even though both property types are in the residential sector, the characteristics between the two could not be further apart.
