Yan brings 20 years of hands-on business banking expertise, including senior positions at both NAB and ANZ.
For the past eight years, Yan led teams of business bankers for NAB across Melbourne’s South East, supporting hundreds of trading businesses, property investors and developers through complex funding structures and strategic lending advice.
Yan specialises in:
- Business finance for trading businesses; Trade and debtor finance, as well as ‘term lending’ to facilitate the acquisition of businesses or commercial real estate.
- Foreign exchange requirements; Negotiating superior spreads and hedging arrangements.
- Asset finance; To support purchases of fleet and equipment.
- Commercial property investment & development funding; Negotiating a better rate with your existing lender or refinancing to benefit from improved terms. We have already supported development funding with Nil pre-sales and Loan to Cost ratios as high as 80% (Loan to Gross Realisation Value up to 75%). Loan sizes up to $100 million.
- Short term funding to meet cashflow/ working capital needs; Yan is accredited with lenders who can settle quickly (1-5 days) with assessment via bank link for smaller loans.
- Avenues to increase borrowing capacity where your scenario might be non-standard; Asset based lending, and lending based on forecast financials.
We facilitate the above with major banks, second-tier lenders, specialist monoline firms and an extensive panel of private lenders, all of whom we now have accreditations with.
